This is the landing page for my self-hosted music server! This was created in an attempt to get off Spotify, especially following their removal of human-assigned genre tagging. You can find my listening history on Last.FM.
I use dockerized containers for my Navidrome player, Slskd uploading & downloading, and Lidarr music searching. I'm mostly happy with this setup! I am currently working on automating imports from ListenBrain's weekly recommendations.
My favorite genres are hyperpop & deconstructed house!
Real hyperpop only, though.
Since 2019, I have also created monthly playlists of my favorite songs of that month, which is one of my favorite things I've kept at! Being able to look back at any month of any year and remember what was going on in my life, by the music associated, is incredible. And highly recommended.
